In order to handle cargo and mail arriving not only by air, but also by road, the cargo facility operates around the clock and has the following areas and equipment:

In the office part, there are employees of the cargo complex, the customs office of Platov airport (cargo), representatives of the control services (sanitary and quarantine, veterinary, phytosanitary) control, representatives of freight forwarders, “customs representatives” and carriers.
An electronic queue system is installed at the storage facility. A recreation area, with coffee-machines and bottled drink machines, is available for the customers.
