Schedule Coordination

Please find below main parameters of information interaction (coordination) between the coordinator and the air carrier, with the timeframe and specified communication channels:

  1. Requests for performance, change or cancellation of flights (other than business aviation flights, one-time charter flights and extra flights) shall be submitted to the Scheduling Engineer of the Centre of Scheduling and Aircraft Readiness Management of Rostovaeroinvest JSC at least 3 business days before the scheduled flight date:

    AFTN: УРРПЗПЗЬ (URRPZPZX) or SITA: ROVZPXH

        

    Scheduling Engineer office hours:

    Monday — Friday — from 08.00 am to 17.00 pm. (local time).

  2. Requests for performance, change or cancellation of business aviation flights, one-time charter flights and extra flights (other than emergency flights) shall be submitted to the Operations and Dispatcher Service no later than 20.00 (local time) on a day preceding the scheduled flight date:

    AFTN: УРРПЗПЗЬ (URRPZPZX) or SITA: ROVZPXH

        
       

  3. Requests for performance, change or cancellation of emergency flights shall be submitted to the Operations and Dispatcher Service at least 6 hours before the scheduled flight departure time:

    AFTN: УРРПЗПЗЬ (URRPZPZX)  or SITA: ROVZPXH
