The backbone carrier of Platov Airport (managed by Airports of Regions MC) Azimut Airlines has launched a flight programme from Rostov-on-Don to Varna (Bulgaria) starting on 14 July 2021. This is a new destination in Platov’s route network.
Direct flights en route Rostov-on-Don - Varna - Rostov-on-Don are planned once a week on Wednesdays.
The flight departs from Platov at 09:30, arriving in Varna at 12:05. The return flight leaves at 13:05 and lands in Platov at 15:10.
Varna is a resort town on the Black Sea coast with Mediterranean climate, sandy beaches and gentle sea. Located 18 km north of Varna is Golden Sands, a famous resort inside the Bulgarian National Park.
