The Platov International Airport (member of the Airports of Regions Holding) launches a new website. It is accessible at previous addresses www.rov.aero and www.platov.aero.
The new website of the Platov Airport is a modern information and service resource, which was developed with consideration of interests and main scenarios of behavior of passengers and airport guests. Website navigation largely follows the pattern of the passenger traffic in the terminal: when coming to the home page, users can natively sel ect the required area, arrival or departure. Minimalistic design of the website makes it possible to focus on the main item, while the interface and its content adapt to the visitor and offer required information and services, cutting all the unnecessary.
A range of useful services and functions implemented on the website enables passengers to save time and arrange their stay in the airport. The Internet resource can be used to book services in airport terminals, receive electronic messages with detailed information about flights of interest, leave application via the Feedback form and book hotels and air tickets through services of partners.
The website is adapted for browsing on mobile devices in particular - smartphones and tablets. One or two clicks can provide all the required information.
“We thoroughly analyzed behavior scenarios of airport website visitors and noted that it is more frequently used fr om mobile devices. We addressed this trend and developed an interface that can be used with similar convenient on a desktop computer or through gadgets,” says Evgeni Krasikov, Strategic Communications Director of Airports of Regions MC. “We will continue exploring user experience of working with our sites for further development and improvement of our Internet resources,” he adds.
The project was implemented by the Airports of Regions MNC in cooperation with Uplab digital agency. The Agency got more than 100 Russian industry awards and steadily holds leading positions during 10 years of operations on the Internet communications market.
