Passengers of Platov international airport (part of the Airports of Regions holding) positively assess the level of service in the passenger terminal, as follows from the service quality monitoring conducted in Platov on a permanent basis, with 92% of all respondents rating the airport as “good” and “excellent”. Overall 104,000 passengers have participated in the survey during half a year.
The opinions of passengers were collected by means of an integrated feedback system set up in the terminal already in September 2018. The system includes 58 tablets in all service zones: with their help each client can assess the service on a five-point scale and leave a comment with their wishes or proposals on how to improve the service quality. The feedback is available both in Russian and English. All responses are fed directly to the airport’s management.
We should remind that Platov is the first Russian airport to be awarded the five-star rating from Skytrax – the most prestigious award for airports and airlines in the sphere of passenger service quality rating.
